Babbling

Another short update. We're now at the point in the remodel where only small changes are occurring. Mark, the carpenter (and that's a name I won't forget) came by on Tuesday and reframed the windows in the kitchen and I've got to tell you they look great. Because of the faucet we choose, the window over the sink had to be modifed and the windows over the sink had to be changed because the sill would hit you in the back and was really uncomfortable.

Yesterday Mark was back and finished the crown molding and replaced the chair railing that was damaged in the demolition. It looks awesome, almost can't tell that it's different.

Looks like there won't be much happening in the kitchen for the next couple of weeks while we wait for tiling and flooring to arrive so I'm thinking there may be a hiatus on the blog. Then again....Maybe I'll find something else to talk about about. Ya never know.
